Tag every skip
Pick a reason—sleep, busy, fear, or honest lazy—add a note and afterglow, then save with one tap. Your ledger stays on device.
Log the skips you would rather forget—tags, notes, and patterns around your weekly leg day.
Honest logging without coaching programs or social feeds.

Pie charts, weekly bars, honesty dial, and weekday patterns show where leg day slips. Pin important skips and read monthly recaps.
Heatmap streaks, period shifts, and leg-day countdowns keep context visible. Optional weekly nudge before your chosen training day.
Log, reflect, and read your patterns in a dark, focused interface.
Privacy and support for Skiptag on the App Store.
Last updated: October 22, 2026
Skiptag (“the app”) is published by Aelitalend LLC. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.
Skip entries you create—including dates, reason tags, notes, and afterglow choices—are stored locally on your device. The app does not require an account to use core features.
Your skip history remains on your iPhone unless you export it using the in-app export feature or delete entries through the app. We do not operate a central server that collects your skip logs.
If you enable leg-day reminders, the app uses Apple’s local notification APIs to schedule alerts on your device. Notification permission is optional and can be revoked in iOS Settings.
Skiptag is designed as a local journal. We do not sell your personal information. If future versions introduce optional network features, this policy will be updated before they ship.
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
